This is interesting. I looked at the Arsenal youth and our own. Even though we've won the youth league and the youth cup 2 times, there is a "glass ceiling" between the youth team and the first team with few youths bridging the divide and making it in the first team. This si clearly something they do better at Arsenal, so we should look into that.

Also what we need are a set piece and striker coach as our strikers seems poor in front of goal, there is little movement and few ideas there.

We actually need to win things, people have been talking about the latest Arsenal youth for the last few years, some become regulars, many move on and the talk remains, 'just wait till these come through'. Until they start regularly winning things with their strategy of so much money thrown at buying and hiring in young and underage players, it's hard to say if this isn't more of the touchy feely stuff about them playing the right football but with no ultimate end.

Again, with another one? Worrying if that is true.

Hamberg is apparaently a crock of sh1t3 who was Parry's appointment. Parry's son saw him working abroad and recommended him. If that isn't a big enough concern, did you guys know that Parry's son was assistant at the academy of.............Wrexham.

Hmmmm

Does anyone actually ever believe a word Gravy says/types?

Didn't everyone grow out of that years ago?

So Parry's son didn't work at Wrexham then as a youth coach? Glad you cleared that up. And he wasn't sent to Europe by Parry to see how things are done and came back and recommend Hamberg to Parry? OK. Thanks for putting me straight on that.
