Or did the Kop break into a verse of Who are ya? Please tell me my ears where deceptive.

'Who the f***ing hell are you'

Some fans dont like it, but i think its very scouse. Especially as a reply

Ta for confirming it. I'm off to cry.

mate - we used to sing that on the kop in the 80's. Not "who are ya" but "who the f***in hell are you" is about as scouse as you get

we did sing (well I didn't) 'Same old Chelsea, aways cheating.'

Which is cringeworthy and small time - lets leave that to the Leicesters and Derby's of this world.

I love 'Who the f***ing Hell are you?' Laced with a level of contempt that few could hope to equal. It's a million miles from 'Who are ya'.

Yeah, agree with that. My primary hate targets are 'you're not singing any more' and 'shall we sing a song for you'.

i think that the most demeaning song that can be sung is a very simple 'you're not very good'. Simple but effective!

Who the f***ing hell are you is a great put down. Meaning you're f***ing nothing ----> no history -----> no basis to try to act up. Long may it continue !

it's pretty sad to be a Chelsea fan...

(1) When YNWA rung out before kick off, TV were showing a few of them half-heartedly shouting "CHELSEA"

Their players seemed pretty cocky when walking off the pitch after Riise's own goal, their facial reaction shows it all "We are going beat them at home"

Sureeeeeeeeeeeee.... LFC has been from deeper s*** holes than the one created by Riise... it's our baptism of fire next week...

Media hype will side with them, never scored there, never won there blah blah blah...

Couldn't agree more - my daughter belts that out with pride.

Bizarre that people are confusing "who the f***ing ell are you?" with "who are ya?"

Agree, but has happened on here before.

As others have pointed out, has been sung for donkeys years and is a great, scouse put down.

Bit ironic that in trying so hard to slate the Sky generation stuff someone ends up slating a song that we've used for years.

Wonder which of our songs we'll be told we can't sing next?

Goes quite nicely with 'Where's your European Cup' I find

It's a great put down especially to lower/mid table side fans who get on their high horse and start singing 'You're support is faacking s***' or that inane 'It's just like being in church'

Apart from when you sing it at a sub coming on in the 70th minute who pops up and scores the equaliser in the 77th minute of a cup tie vs Portsmouth.......
