Question about our scouting

Do we have full time scouts assigned to Argentina, Brazil, Spain etc? I have no idea how that works and to me it seems crazy to not have someone in South America for instance beating the bushes for some of this great young talent.

We have a dedicated scout in South America who spotted the likes of Leto, Insua, Paletta and Leiva.

 

I recall Rafa speaking about this in some detail a year or so ago.

 

Spain is a given, how else would we have gotten Bruna, Pacheco etc
