Obviously a contentious discussion - with many having differing ideas on what the best strategy is to adopt.

I for one believe that the protests are quite right and that supporters wishing to air their views should do so.

What are your opinions?

thing is Andy, the right time for a protest depends on the circumstances and these change with events

last night we tried half time so as not to interfere with the attention on the game itself and to try to rally people before they left the stadium

p.a. was at full volume mind, and that didn't help

Bang on. Totally agree. Sometimes, those circumstances may even mean that a protest isn't right at all, too. Each suggestion needs to be looked at and assessed on its own merits and, as you say, in light of the prevailing circumstances.

If you are going to protest you need to do it when that protest will get maximum exposure, i.e. during a game.

We have done it before with Hillsborough protests.

Things seem to be gathering momentum with H & G talking to DIC and DIC tabling a bid.

At this stage i'd be in favour of letting that run its course. If H&G don't accept a purchase of their shares then it will be time for the next level of prtotest.

If there is to be a protest (last resort) it should be the most vocal and noticeable it can be, otherwise it's worthless.

Live game on Sky - Starting from Kick-off and lasting for 6 mins etc.

As has already been pointed out, the 'Justice for the 96' one was perfect.

It will affect the team though, hence must be last resort.
