we were written off in november by some muppets on here, apparently this season was reminiscent of GH's last season at the club!!!

The press may not be writting us off en masse, but there certainly only begrudgingly admitting we're still in the mix.

 

It's gonna be hard competing with Arsenal, who've apparently invented football this season though...

I keep being told by everyone (non Liverpool fans) that we're going backwards, not forwards, and everyone we beat are s***.

I keep getting that too. Apparently Torres is brilliant and Rafa just can't see it so never starts with him. I try pointing out who bought Torres in the first place, but as ever, it's wasted.

 

We're out of the title race too, since Arsenal aren't going to lose and we won't get any points away to the big three.

 

As for Crouch. It's amazing how many people actually think he's the best thing since sliced bread now. How times change.

 

But hey, they're the experts.

Reina isn't that good either, and it's not about clean sheets. And since Carragher, Hyypia, Arbeloa and Finnan "aren't all that" i'm really confused about our defensive record.

 

I could go on and on.

 

Needless to say, my "It's on" & "I believe 19" t-shirt really gets them mad.

Sky and the papers have down at 180 on Crouch too, now that it suits them and backing PC means getting a dig at Rafa.

 

That c*** Richard Keys even said "What has Crouchy got to do to start" the other week.

Used to work with a Forest fan. his view was reina is very dodgy, not safe at all. Carragher is average. Finnan was dung. Hyppia was too old. Oyur whole defence was too dodgy. Yet he was lost for words when i asked him to explain how we had the best defensive record in the league.

I was watching setanta news on sunday and a liverpool fan called steve claridge (biggest muppet on TV anywhere) on the phone in after the win against Bolton and Claridge started talking about hoe mascherano, sissok and gerrard can't play in the same midfield together (even though it was gerrard and Lucas who started against Bolton!), and How Rafa still doesn't get english football because he doesn't play gerrard in the middle!

A "liverpool fan" called in the alan brazil show last week to complain on how Kuyt, Babel and voronin cost liverpool £30m and they haven't delivered, so Rafa had no right to ask for more money!

Was at a wedding a couple of years ago sat next to some gobsh*te Leicester fan who kept accusing us of being sh*t. I just kept saying 'We're European Champions' until he admitted he didn't know that much about football and was more of a rugby man and that Wales were sh*t at rugby...'We won the grand slam'.

If so,then you probably missed the crux of his argument,because only dogs could hear him.
