He said We chat about our formations on our Liverpool forum, whats his user name?

Member of RAWK... Mr Mint... predictably :)

Sound guy and a good tele presenter too

He's only slightly less of a t** than Eammon Holmes.

Seems a pretty sound bloke to me.

He is to us, as Eammon Holmes/James Nesbitt is to the mancs.

Think he seems a better lad than both of them. He was in Istanbul wasn't he, not that that necessarily makes you a better fan.

I find his voice incredibly irrritating.

It grates in the same way Janet Street Porter's voice would, were she a 30something male from Norn Iron.

Matty was in Istanbul, means nothing.

Janet Street Porter needs no help whatsoever in making her voice any more irritating..

got no problem with Colin Murray, seems a decent lad and a genuine fan.

Only ever listened to him on Fighting Talk as I don't do Radio 1.

I met him on my way to Wrexham last summer at Bidston station. Then went for a pint with him before the game. He was sound.

Saw him in the departures area of Manchester airport on the way to Istanbul, was getting a good sing song going, seems like a decent fella...

Mates have seen him a few times, as I have, I feel he is trying to hard, i remember him on a table in a pub car park trying to get a sing song going and I thought "give it a rest lad"

that's the impression i get. wants to be liked too much and the 'approachable celeb fan' persona helps him achieve this.

Maybe - he is a genuinely fanatic red though.

Irritating as f*ck and not the nicest chap in the world, but a fanatic red.

I know, its very strange. I cant stick him, perhaps its the"I am just a normal person too, watch me try"

That bloke from the halifax bank adverts, do you hate him too?

Chris de Burgh anyone?

I hate those adverts, almost on a par with the ads for the new vauxhall Zafira where the kids are talking about their parents as if they are the parents. 'overtired'

The bloke in the Halifax ads though, i wonder if he retired from his work at the bank and lives off his appearance fees now ? because imagine the people working with him, imagine the seething resentment that he gets to go off and have a few extra days off to make these ads while the rest of them have to carry on with the normal grind of work. If he was in my office i'd hate him.
