One wonders what would have happened if the huge Chinese conglomerate SinoFortone's offer of millions of pounds for a stake in the club had been accepted by FSG last year. We wouldn't be having this conversation now, imo.

Well, he didn't see the blatant push that sent Firminho off the pitch even though everyone in the ground witnessed it. I think Holgate's claim is a knee-jerk reaction to Firminho's abuse and he had no idea what Firminho said, just that making his claim would mean he might off scot-free. You think Holgate is fluent in Portuguese?

Apparently Coutinho has the same agent as Mascherano? Koorabchian? If true, that says it all. Read that fella is demanding a fee of ten million from Barca as commission on the Coutinho deal.

Well, I doubt Holgate is fluent in Portuguese for a start. Think it's a ploy to divert attention from the shove which was blatant and worth a red card on its own. There are quite a few journos who think Madeley is the worst ref in the Premier League judging by their comments.
