    West Ham aren't so difficult to play against at their new stadium and they've got half their side out injured. We have Firmino absent but we've flunked enough matches recently and think we will add this one to the list.

    Played 'em three times this season and got nothing. After Palace it is not beyond the realms of possibility that it'll be a draw. They sit back and watch us play tippy-tappy in midfield. Believe this is a match to bring in Sturridge.

    No, it was my eldest. Afraid I couldn't go - working. Saw it on the box though. he now lives in Felixstowe and he has converted his cellar into a miniature LFC club shop,painted red and white with signed photos, banners, etc etc

    My son drove down to Rome in his VW Beetle for the game. The Germans started surrounding his car and admiring it when he parked. Then they saw the picture of Winston Churchill learing at them in the back window and giving them the V for Victory sign...! We still have a chortle over that scene.

    Big piece in one of the Sundays today about him. He's now the longest serving foreign player in the league apart from the Palace goalie. He says he is very likely to stay in England when his career finishes. Both his kids are British and the whole family has British passports. Sounds very happy. Who thinks it is funny??? Quite the reverse, clunkhead.

    Bit of pressure on us too. We've got to keep winning as the teams around us have games in hand. With the team which is likely to be put out today, it's likely Palace could come away with a draw.

    Think this one's a draw. Believe Pulis has a pretty good record against us.

    Just been told that Firmino has been sick, that's why he's been benched. Anyone else heard that?

    Think he'll be on the bench alongside Coutinho. Stoke being Stoke, not at all hopeful about this match. Lucky if we get a draw.

    I see the press are speculating Milner will be in midfield and Moreno at fullback. Wrong way round. With Mane out again, the danger is we'll go back to February form. Methinks a draw for this one. Reckon Sturridge will be on the bench.

    ith Klavan playing, rather worried about Lukaku. Think it's a draw this time.

    Firminho is a doubt. Throat infection No I definitely wouldn't but he is one of the fastest in the squad and with Llanana out (and possibly FFirminho)he could bring pressure to bear on the Everton defence.
