If there are more games like anderlecht v rosenberg and fewer Liverpool v Juventus or Chelsea v Barcelona then the tv companies will vote with their wallets.

im sickened by this rant against the ambulance service. I've always just thought of Mourinho as playing the media game defending chelsea, attacking other clubs etc but when he goes out of his way to malign ordinary working class people who are tyring to do their jobs to the best of their ability then he crosses a line. Ambulancemen and women and work hard in a difficult stressful job to save peoples lives. They are also exactly the sort of people who dole out their hard earned cash on going to the match, buying footy kits and subscriptions to sky. They are the people who have made Jose a multi-millionare and the ungracious t*** should be thanking them for the speed of response (7 minutes). I really feel an apology is in order from mourinho and from chelsea for making those comments but i wont hold my breath. And if they wont do it then the FA or the premier league should step in. Attacking the ordinary decent people who keep the game afloat is unacceptable conduct. Managers get a disrepute charge for critising a referees decision, but something like this happens when mourinho and chelsea send out a series of lies about NHS staff and nothing will happen. I struggle to express my contempt for him.

I had the same story from them a few years ago when the ST was still a book and mine didnt arrive. Tehy wouldnt issue a replacement but they were as good as their word on matchday, no queues and a steward took me in to make sure no-one was using my seat with the "lost " ST. I've also had occasion were I forgot my ST and as long as you can give ID to idnetify you as the owner of the ticket they will sell you a replacement that you can get a refund for on production of the ticket stub and your ST. To be fair, they aint bad at reactive things like this, its seem to be forward planning that they cant cope with
