UEFA tried to do them for this a few years ago - but they got most of it ruled out on appeal to CAS (something that's not available to them here) 'cos the charges were time-barred by UEFA's own laws. From memory they got a two year ban from the CL and a huge fine chucked out and replaced with a negligible fine.

Yeah. FWIW most of the charges cover 09-10 to 17-18. The second place teams in the years they won the PL between then were United (11-12 & 17-18) and us (13-14), which would annoyingly put them ahead of us again on titles won. TBH I'd do what the Tour de France did for Armstrong's titles and mark them in the record books as "not awarded"

They have only one avenue of appeal available - to the PL's appeals process - but I absolutely guarantee they'll use it.
