I think Johnsons controll was key to the goal. The pass was good, but not defining. His controll allowed him to go past Malouda the way he did.

Is right. If we ever get players again of the calibre of Masch and Alonso when they arrived, then Adam will be a squad player of course. This should be the objective unless he improves a great deal. The same applies for Downing. Henderson will develop in to a fine, fine player. just needs time.
