Not really, I can't ever recall a Guardiola team ever trying to adapt to the other team as much as he has done in the two games against Liverpool this season. Usually he goes on with his playstyle and gives a heck about how the other team is playing but to actually see a team like City making their pitch so rubbish is unusual. You would expect that kind of stuff from a Warnock team. Having said that they were obviously very switched on to this game and they are a good team. This game could have gone either way and Liverpool, despite Lovren's hiccups, played a decent game. Pep has learned how to play vs Liverpool.
