When Motson said the game was gonn stop at about the 100 min mark I knew he was talking out of his a***. 7 MINS added time - 3 already gone. The ref got it right. NEXT !

I was upset for the bloke , who wouldn't be. No one wants to see someone go through pain like that. But my main concern was for the effect it was going to have on added time. I've had my fair share of battles with Mancs and have had to endure some very scary times at Old Trafford. I really wanted to work it up these c***s today. They needed to know that the balance of power is shifting. After the game all fergie could go on about was Smith being bad and them all getting behind him. Quieroz (sic?) saying Liverpool were dirty in the 1st half and it distrupting them. It's music to my ears. That's right you self pitying. moaning t***s, deflect the real issue away from you own ineptitude and inadequacies. It wasn't a vintage Liverpool performance and for large parts of the 2nd half we were given the run about. But we showed more commitment, more passion, more WANT to win the game AND that'll do for me. And for any Mancs out there who want to know the score. We're on the up; you're on the wane . The large Banner in the Kop said it all. WE LIVE YOUR DREAMS !!!

I must admit, in previous seasons I've really enjoyed watching the type of football Arseanal have played. Fast,expansive interplay. I was really shocked watching them tonight. Pires anonymous; Henry detached from the rest of the team; their whole midfield over-run. I was thinking during play that there's no way Henry will stick around given the current circs. Without him they are really f***ed

Intially I didn't think it was a pen. The replay showed he pushed rather than shoulder charged Morientes. A pen in my opinion and a good decision

Read this review of the alehouse we're meeting in tonight - taken from fancyapint website "The Antigallican squats on the corner of Woolwich Road and Charlton Church Lane. Apparently the official away supporters' pub on match days, this may add to the feeling that the Antigallican is slightly a pariah pub and a place for outcasts. Inside it's not much to write home about, unless you want to tell home you're in a truly awful pub. The selection of beers isn't very exciting, and there's wine on tap. Really. One best to avoid - just five minutes' walk up into the Village there's the charming White Swan and Bugle Horn, and ten minutes down towards the river, there's the Anchor and Hope. Therefore, there is no good reason to go to this pub. How we suffer for out love of Liverpool Football Club

Jeez, when that zonal marking goes wrong it looks awful, doesn't it. I know its worked great all season but today, for the first goal . It just shows the importance of a red shirt getting to the ball first. The second goal was Warnock not watching the moves of Carra/Hyppia. It happens though. I remember the sage-like words of Rafa when we had gone 10 games without conceding. He was asked what it was like to have gone so many games without letting a goal in "It's ok, but we will concede again, that's for sure" Or - as I would have put it "Yeah, but s*** happens"

I am totally gutted. Went for a walk ( about 3 miles ) . We completely outplayed them for 30 mins. They score and step up a gear. To be honest, I thought they looked excellent from that point on. Out-battled us, first to the ball. We came out all guns blazing second half and looked ok. After the initial ten of the second half Chelsea looked like the only team that would score. Difference was obvious, if we'd have had finisher in that initial 30 min period (Owen / Fowler (fit) we would have scored and possibly controlled the game. I thought Chelsea looked a very good team today and we looked like good team without any goal threat. As I've said since the beginning of the season, I hope Newcastle go down if only because they hijcked the Owen deal. I'm sure Rafa will sort this out in his transfer dealings. He's got the goalie /defence / midfield working well. Next project super-goalscorer
