One of their kettles melted a plug socket in my kitchen recently, the plug could have heated a small house. The toasters are decent but start to toast unevenly eventually. They are also stupidly expensive for what is essentially something for boiling water and cooking slices of bread I bought a Bosch kettle to replace the Dualit one and got the matching toaster. Then Dualit sent me a replacement base for my kettle. I now have 2 kettles and can toast half a loaf at the same time if I want to Also butter is the only thing that should be on toast none of this spreadable s***. Jam, marmalade act also acceptable. Just this butter style spread stuff can get to f***.

Heard a story this morning that’s come originally from the stats team, that Slot completely flipped the other week when he was asked about the team being boring in his press conference. Apparently he was ranting and raving afterwards and demanding stats to show this wasn’t the case as he believed we were playing well and we have just been unlucky. Stats were provided and he looked very taken aback when saw them and wouldn’t speak to anyone. Don’t know how true it is or whether the story has been exaggerated, just what I was told this morning.
