He only ever really had one great season in the top flight, and that was Rafa's second title winning season (04/05). He was brilliant that year though, absolutely brilliant. He followed Rafa around, I'm sure he started at Madrid in the B team under Rafa, and then Rafa signed him for Tenerife when he got the managers job there. Then he took him to Valencia with him. It's been downhill since then though, he was at Atletico for a year or two, and was last seen playing for Depor. Not sure how he's gone on there mind, I've lost track of the Spanish footy this year, only really keep a look out for Valencia's scores now.
