Morgul

It was reported on a Swedish fansite (they may be a bit biased, but usually they're quite right), don't know what their source is though. Probable lineup according to them: Martin Hansen Stephen Darby Jay Spearing Robbie Threlfall Mike Burns Jimmy Ryan Ryan Flynn Charlie Barnett Lee Woodward Craig Lindfield Astrit Ajdarevic David Roberts and Ray Putterill are doubtful. If they can play Hansen and Ajdarevic will drop to the bench and Woodward will play up front. Don't know why Insua's not in there.

If you're talking about Ajdarevic, then it's a done deal. He's actually in line to make his debut tomorrow, and if Putterill hasn't recovered from injury he might be in the starting lineup..

Obviously he was great there aswell but when it comes to work rate this tops it. Attacking-wise he was better in the cup final of course.

Reina 7 - His sweeping was great, didn't have much else to do though Finnan 7 - Steady as always Carra 8 - Boss Agger 7 - Composed and did his job very well Aurelio 9 - Very, very, very good. Excellent both in defence and attack Pennant 7 - Great goal and worked hard Gerrard 9 - Magnificent in the second half. MOM Alonso 8 - Ran the show at times. Some bloody brilliant passes Riise 7 - Better than usual, what a strike! Crouch 7 - Caused Chelsea a lot of problems, but he should have scored Kuyt 8 - Brilliant goal, and remained dangerous throughout

He was making runs all over the pitch to win the ball all the time, and succeeded almost every time. He was thrown to the ground by SWP and didn't even look at him afterwards, he just walked away. That's class. Not to forget his brilliant pass to Kuyt in the end. Magnificent technique.

They were all fantastic but my pick would be Gerrard. His second half is the best I've seen him since Istanbul.

That was good.

Reina 7 - No need for him to be out there today really, but he did well Finnan 8 - Best player 1st half I thought, and was very good throughout. Carra 7 - Did well Sami 8 - Very composed and solid performance Riise 6 - Wasn't tested at all really, but he was alright Pennant 9 - Maybe his best game for us. Together with Kuyt he bossed the second half and his involvement in the first two goals was great Gerrard 8 - Faded a bit in the end, but showed lots of energy and scored a great goal Alonso 8 - Bossed the midfield Gonzalez 6 - Didn't contribute much Kuyt 9 - Very, very good second half. Involved in everything. Crouch 8 - Fantastic finish for the goal and played well but his heading is crap Garcia 7 - Did well when he came on, nice assist

Pennant Kuyt Alonso

According to the swedish rag Aftonbladet we have signed Astrit Ajdarevic. He's a 16 year old striker who's been over on trial a few times, and now he's apparently signed for us.

Yep, in the last few games he has really taken a few steps up and proved that he's good enough for us. This is the Bellamy I want to see.

Well, he scored 7 goals in 15 games and with that I think he was the Swedish player who scored the most in Allsvenskan. Not bad at all.. He's a class player no doubt, and he's in great shape for a 35 year old. He'll do damage for them, what a shame..
