Hate is too strong a word for it but I actively dislike the spice-boy generation of Liverpool Footballers. Rednapp, Ruddock, Babb, James, McManaman, Collymore and McAteer played and behaved as if Liverpool somehow owed them something which is the antithesis of everything that had gone before. Fowler is the only one that I'd probably excuse but even he didn't make proper use of his exceptional talent. Beyond Liverpool, its difficult to look beyond Drogba, Ashley Cole and John Terry. Put me on a room with them, Bono and a gun with three bullets and I'd struggle to choose which one of the four I'd allow live.
