Not saying it is mate just pointing out that if the same player takes all the corners and freekicks the law of averages say he will more than likely have a high assists tally.....I'm sure our Stevie could double his if he stopped fecking about with short corners and over elaborate freekicks...

Maybe not now but I'm sure 2-3 years ago most teams would have welcomed him in my opinion, in fact there were 1 or 2 Italian and Spanish clubs interested in him around that time, maybe other who knows.... Anyways I think we are both right

Yeah you?re right and I guess the same can be said of any player when stripped of their main attributes. However, do you honestly believe he warrants the moniker of Europe's second best player, I don't? People often use the words ?world class? when describing him, to me world class means doing it on the big stage consistently and that is something he has failed to do time after time.
