  1. Star Bars briefly became Peanut Boosts in the 80's, but then the Biscuit Boost came along and it retreated back into the shadows where it became Star Bar again. I like both but, gun to head, my preference is a Star Bar.
  2. Phil’s lovely, I think he just enjoys being contrary on the internet.
  3. Presume if he does go on a free he can stick £100k a week more on his wages.
  4. Him and Ekitike looks like a growing partnership too. We just need some of the other bums around them to step up.

  21. Yes. He loves a hot take and regularly goes in two-footed on a topic. I think this in part down to his standing in the pundit pantheon. He occupies a strange space there, of a fella who can articulate an opinion but doesn't have the career behind him for anyone to take it seriously. He is massively wool too and I say this as a massive wool myself.
  22. I had to google that but I tell you what, colour me interested.
  23. Unless I’m there, the ideal set up for watching the game would be in a darkened room with no commentary.
  24. I agree with Paul that his tactical analysis was/is very good, but he’s become a professional hot take machine and the way he made the Salah stuff about him was embarrassing, I thought. His and Neville’s takeover of football discourse absolutely does my head in, though at least Neville shows a bit of loyalty to his former employers.
