That was a f*ckin joke i'm afraid. Are people taking the p*ss when they say Boro are a decent team? They were absolutely terrible today and most teams in the premiership would have won at a canter. We weren't unlucky we were toothless. The majority of our players need a f*ckin slap after that performance. There's no excuse for the poor quality of passing, crossing and decision making tonight. Only Carra, Alonso, Reina and Finnan come out of that with any credibility. Apart from the obvious problems with Gonzalez and Pennant we've got no urgency, no-one is prepared to take responsibility and set a standard for the rest of the team to follow. Gerrard is clearly a troubled man at the moment but he's got to grow some b*llocks and start behaving like a captain even if he can't play like one. It was barely 5 minutes into the game before he was moaning at Bellamy for an innocuous incident. He needs to get his own house in order before berating his teammates. Rafa is getting let down badly by his players. Brian Marwood is a c***sucker as well. Aparently Boro deserved their luck for being the most unadventurous team we've played away from home in years.

Jesus. After the Spurs game there was a long thread about how Riise was the best LB in the Premiership, with most people settling on him being in the top 3 in the league now he's our weak link. Make you're f*ckin minds up.

Some good points written here. I think the biggest problem is the fact that the team as a whole is struggling. When questions are asked why, people compare us to last season and the spotlight then falls on new signings. If players like Gerrard, Carra and Alonso are struggling with confidence then thats gonna rub off on everyone else especially new players who have an emotional attachment with the club. If i remember correctly both Bellamy and Pennant had a decent pre season/start to the season but have lost confidence, along with everyone else, as the season has gone on. There will come a time sooner or later when it will begin to click for them and the team i'm sure. Kuyt is an exception to the rule by the way. He's f*ckin ace.

I was pretty sure we wouldn't win it but thought we'd challenge for most of the season. People were getting carried away after the Community Shield. It's nearly as bad as everyone writing the Mancs off. Why the f*ck do people do this year after year?! Some people are still doing it now ffs.

Correct we've been absolutley awful. The damage was done with the first goal. We've no mental strength to come from behind away from home. No bite, no leadership, no confidence. It's gonna be a long season if we don't sort our away form out.

I agree mate. If it was one of ours they'd be up in arms at rival fans making such accusations. But like the bullsh*t about Gerrard & his missus recently - totally unfounded interent rumour b*llcks.....but its ok to add fuel to the fire with this Terry stuff.
