Totally agree with the concensus of this thread. I've spent the last couple of days try to contemplate how big a player Gerrard actually is. He's f*ckin immense, he just seems to improve year on year and he will undoubtably go down as the clubs greatest when his career is over.....I can't believe he's still only 25 as well. He's yet to peak. Frightening.

Liverpool Football Club have issued a statement regarding Harry Kewell's injury after the player had a scan at Melwood on Sunday morning. Kewell was forced to leave the field through injury during the FA Cup Final win over West Ham United. Liverpool Football Club Head of Press Ian Cotton said: "We liased closely with the Australian national team medical staff and their physio actually accompanied our club doctor to the scan this morning. "That scan has shown Harry has torn one of his groin muscles. It has been agreed that Harry will receive treatment at Melwood for the next 10 days before joining up wth his international teammates in Holland. My letter arrived today I might have the chance of getting a ticket in the neutral zone for £75......not sure whether i want it to be honest. Don't know if i can be arsed forking out that much to be sat with a load of suits and not be able to sit with my own fans......is that wrong?

I think it will be more like 4000 applications. Thats how many went into the ballot for the semi's i think; and thats assuming that everyone that went to the semi can go to the final so maybe 3500?
