I don't think we're going to agree,I saw it as an elbow. I think it was a poor decision in that he should've exercised an ounce of common sense. Coming towards the end of the season,game had been extremely quiet up to that point etc. Just tell them to calm down.

To be honest,the FA should have learnt its lessons from Graham Taylor. Allardyce,McLaren etc are simply not made out for international management,the tactics are just far beyond them. I mean,imagine Allardyce vs Benitez,with one managing England,the other managing Spain. It's a no-contest. The fact that the press are even pushing these names forward is hilarious.

Garcia clearly threw an elbow at Mullins. Mullins retaliated by pushing Garcia in the face.Luis subsequently went down like a sack of spuds,and I agree with most people on here,it was nothing short of "simulation".Granted,there was contact,but not that much-exactly the type of thing the likes of Robben and Drogba do,and get slated on here for it. I've boxed a fair amount in my time and if somebody had thrown that "punch" at me in the ring,I'd have laughed at them,and they would've probably been thrown out for match fixing/cowardice. Lads,that's not a "punch" from Mullins,don't try and pretend it was. Letter of the law: both should get red cards. The ref should've exercised some common sense,in my opinion,but the FA don't owe either player anything.
