It means what it says. I know of some serious rumblings at DIC, through my job. they are indicative of their lack of power in the investment market at present and their need to refinance/restructure the debt on most of their investments. we would be nigh on as f***ed with them in charge as our current owners, save for the lack of delivery on promises from G&H.

The figures in that article are not correct. And then this is compaounded by a mixing up of current debt load and debt serviced to maturity, which in the case of PIK's is considerable as it is all back loaded. Their total debt as an issuing organisation stands at circa £750m post bond issue. About 3 times our debt load. -

Yup, checked this - their total debt at present is nigh on identical to before the bond - Fyds, where do you get £1.2b debt from?
