Exactly my point, it could be done later today, or it could still be stuck in the extended DD process months after the accepted bid.

It is unlikely to only take a month, but not unheard of.

If the intel above is correct then the IM's gone out, there's been an independent dd process so there is nothing standing in the way of the timescales above. They may, or may not, be achieved, but to say they are hopelessly unrealistic is dramatic at best.
