Purely for info, and even though they are not always in it, Galatasary haven't lost a home fixture in the knockout phases of the European Cup since 1973. They've lost just two home games in the knockout phases in the Europa since 2000. Not arguing against how we played, but it's notoriously tough to actually win there.
