  1. That's the charm of the Cup. All top teams have had these types of games underperforming against a lower side. United lost 0-3 at home to York and yet they won the double. Today's game wasn't utter s***; you don't score five goals and call your team utter s***. Well, I don't! We can play A LOT better but it wasn't necessary today. We're through, that's what today's game was about.
  2. I'm always happy when we win. Today's display wasn't great, as I said, but then again you can't play well all the time. You don't complain about us not playing well in some of the games in the CL group stages in 2005, do you? In the end we did just enough to get through and we ended up winning the competition. If we win the FA Cup this year I very much doubt you'll be complaining about our display against Havant. Most people would expect us to beat a team like Havant with ease, but a game like this isn't played on paper...
  3. Today's performance wasn't great at all, but you can't play well and win all the time. Havant played the game of their lives, whereas we could only disappoint. Well, almost. Scoring five goals is never abysmal and we're through, so we indeed have bigger problems to solve than complaining about getting through to the next round. We need to up our game to get 4th spot in the Prem, but today's game wasn't a Prem game.
  4. Flamengo doesn't like him because he's a former FC Copenhagen player Wiki really seems to rate him though: "Club career this guy is a legend he will be better than thierry." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nicklas_Bendtner
  5. Shearer - with Rob Lee as assistant! Or maybe even Michael Owen as player-manager
  6. Maybe not on paper, but it certainly was on the pitch!
  7. There's just something completely wrong here, I mean, Bayern vs. Bolton :blimey: Burnley vs. Bolton or Bayern vs. Benfica, but Bayern vs. Bolton. Weird
  8. Murphy will always have a place in my heart for what he did to the Mancs in "The Murphy Years" Agree with Zoob btw.
  9. CFC - Leicester 2-3
  10. He's only 22 and on a five year contract, I'm afraid.
  11. Sleep on it, man!

  13. They should have put Neville in goal and then dismissed him after Kuyt had scored
  14. 1. Mancs 2. Everton - - - - - 3. Chelsea 4. Arsenal - - - - - - - 5. Newcastle (mainly because of Fat Sam)
  15. Beating man utd on my 23rd birthday would be acceptable
  16. Nice to see a Bologna fan on here I've always had a soft spot for Bologna but it's been hard to keep up to date since their relegation (they don't get much coverage in Denmark) I've seen a couple of games via TVAnts, but I lack the overall impression. Are the team good enough this season to win promotion? I don't know anything about the "Allenatore" either?
  17. This content is not viewable to guests.
  18. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/F.C._Copenhagen That would be a NO. FCK's success is down to one man: Flemming Østergaard.
  19. Penalties just might be the new "goals conceded from open play" this season... Perhaps we're after the record of most penalties conceded?
  20. I really don't agree. The ref was decent. And compared to our performance he had a magnificent game. We really shouldn't complain about the ref, since it was our own fault, our own fault alone that we played like schyte and didn't win. At least we got a point from an incredibly poor performance. That's positive.
  21. Piss poor ref? Is that a joke? Lubos Michel wasn't piss poor at all. We were.
  22. ? Their goal was a pen...
  23. He's the new Henchoz, especially the way he uses his hands while defending
  24. Oh, it's the fake wannabe Little Luis from Espanyol then? Iceland almost grabbing the winner... but 1-1.
  25. 1-1 Iniesta. Clever pass from Little Luis!
