  1. He looks a bit like Danny Murphy? He shouldn't start against Fulham unless Masch and Lucas are unavailable. This isn't the time to experiment. A place on the bench would be suitable.
  2. Played the full 90 minutes against Malta and he'll do the same against Albania on Wednesday. Unless he gets injured of course
  3. Tevez got injured against Venezuela (read in on bold.dk - a Manc wrote it), dunno how bad. CRonaldo played the whole game for Portugal against Sweden. Didn't get injured but cried a river...
  4. It wouldn't be too bad with Agger and Kjær as our central defensive partnership when Carra retires Kjær's supposed to be a Liverpool fan too
  5. We've seen a couple of games this season where Keane was the ideal player to put on the pitch, as we desperately needed a striker who knew where the goal was (his record shows he knows), but he wasn't brought on. At the end of the day Keane was sold because he didn't took his chances and proved to be inconsistent, so of course he had enough chances to make a name for himself here but you'll have to admit we're a bit short up front. That's why I wrote he MAYBE wasn't given enough chances but I'll accept he didn't the ones he got - therefore I have him as the biggest faillure at Liverpool, all things considered.
  6. Jean-Michel Ferri didn't play too many games for us, did he? One of MANY weird signings during the 90s... Biggest disappointment must be Keane. Really expensive (not his fault) signing, but did very close to nothing in his very brief career with us. It's not entirely his fault as he wasn't given that many chances, but a player of his calibre should be able to make a bigger impact than he did. Maybe I'm beeing too harsh but we got Torres for almost the same amount....... and he's done a decent job for us!
  7. 1. Torres 2. Gerrard 3. Carra
  8. Decent read, that! The book itself isn't very well written but you get the feeling that Mølby is being totally honest and not hiding anything. A bit too trivial at the end though. I actually borrowed the book from a Chelsea mate at work. I think he's forgotten all about it
  9. 1. Yossi Benayoun 2. David N'Gog 3. Javier Mascherano ---- 4. Tal Ben-Haim. We could really do with him in all of our opponents' sides
  10. The Southampton game was worse than this one!!! FWIW: 1. Yossi 2. Reina 3. Hmmm.... Lucas or Sami.
  11. Today was almost as bad as the away game against So'ton in Rafa's first season. Absolutely shocking performance, truly abysmal! Not one Liverpool player really gave a s*** today. Rock-bottom performance... I hope!
  12. How the f*** did Slur get that much for such !"#¤% players?!?!!
  13. 1. Kuyt 2. Yossi 3. Torres The mancs will be naming Phil Dowd as MOM, no doubt.
  14. I'm pretty confident he'll sign a new deal. Time and time again he's been telling the Danish media how much he likes playing for Liverpool and that he loves the city. 70K is just stupid money though. But I guess that's the world of football today...
  15. Agger is always a bit moody when being interviewed.
  16. I'll go along with that. Masch was close to 3rd as well.
  17. Bridge has done reasonably well at Chelsea. He hasn't been a failure like Parker.
  18. Don't forget Degen
  19. Maybe he isn't happy with Keane's attitude?
  20. Well, he worked his a*** off (as he always does) and frustrated the Stoke defenders in the first half, which, in a game like this, is enough to warrant a 3rd spot. NOBODY was good enough today. Easy as that...
  21. 1. Hyypiä 2. Riera 3. Kuyt Frustrating performance
  22. According to some Germans on this forum the signing has been confirmed. Some of the posters also talk about his attitude problem. Price is being mentioned here - €2m.
  23. Since you're from Denmark (not that I'm proud of calling Brøndby a part of my home country!!!) who don't you just travel with Tipsbladet? They arrange a couple of trips each year, as far as I know. I found this website recently: http://fodboldrejser.dk/premier-league-eng...2/liverpool-14/ Just avoid the Real game, as it's 45.000,00 Danish kroner (£36K) - excluding flight ticket! I seriously hope it's a mistake Just like you, I haven't been to a home game either. I made an agreement in 2003 with two friends from commercial school that we would go to Anfield before moving to New Anfield. We'll probably have the next ten years to do so If you find a reasonable solution, please let me know, as I too would like to go to a home game this year. I don't care about the money either (won't pay over the odds for a ticket though); the experience itself is probably worth far more
  24. We should bring back Riise Seriously though, Insúa isn't doing his first team chances any favours by joining up with the U-20s at this point. If he could keep up his current level in the next couple of months for Liverpool then he'd have a real chance of becoming our no. 1 LB. The spot is there for the taking, Emiliano.....
