    Its completely different because the board at Liverpool aren't interfering with his plans and are giving him total support. So in real terms its 100% different.

    Absolutely spot on, although leaving Valencia has furthered his career, he only did so because of the boards interference and the lack of support they showed him. Completely different circumstances to the ones he finds himself now. I don't see him leaving for Madrid for a few years.

    I can't see Rafa going to Real Madrid and accepting the level of boardroom interference that it would bring. Especially seeing as he left Valencia for exactly those reasons.

    It is obvious that Parry is doing a good job and that he stole a march on others getting Rafa.
