when he was at Leicester and Celtic I didn't find him that annoying and quite liked him, but since he has gone to Villa and got more media attention, it has just shown how annoying he really is. In fact just how stupid he is as well, the attention seeking fool.

You wont find a better keeper than Pepe about, massively underated. There isn't a keeper in recent history I would rather have in goal.

The way I understand the whole handball penalty rule is that its all about intent, so if a defender moves his hand to ball or if the defender has his arms out making himself a bigger and the ball hits his hand then its a pen because he has intentionally put his arms in a position to possibly block the ball. Neither of these apply to what happened with Insua the other night, it was never a penalty, unlike the challenge on Kuyt which clearly should have been a pen, obviously not for hand ball though

He has been improving all season and has played well in the last two games, its a pity some can't or more likely won't recognise this.

I dont get how you manage to think its a reasonable possibility that the current owners will find the money needed to pay off Rafa, pay off Inter and give Mourinho the transfer kitty he would demand. When they have proved the opposite over the last 18 months and are going to have to re-finance their loan in the summer, which will include a significant capital repayment. Logically it is anything but a reasonable possibility that they will come up with the money required to get a top rated manager like Mourinho. Obviously if they sold the club it becomes a different proposition but there is nothing to suggest that is going to happen either.

I am getting the feeling that Ancelotti is becomeing the new Scolari at Chelsea. They both had a good start to their first season in charge and were hailed as the answer for Chelsea but like Scolari last year, Ancelotti is seeing his side underperforming and having poor results. I suppose the only difference is the fact no other side seems capable of taking full advanyage of the points they are dropping, whcih may turn out to be his saving grace. The other bit of deja vu* is the fact, that just like last season the Mancs are somehow still in the title race despite having had a poor trot themselves and being a fairly ordinary side. The only difference is, this season its Chelsea drawing all the games rather than us. I'm hoping they don't go on and win the title like they did last year but unforntuately I have a feeling they will.

Gerrard - For the goal Insua - Great cross Yossi - Just nips in ahead of Lucas because of his goal. Thought Aqualini's debut went ok, its difficult because of the length of time he has been out. Think we saw enough to be reasonably confident he will make a positive difference.
