Work with nitrous in hospital every day. Become a drug of abuse in past five years or so - mainly as canisters can be bought easily. Starbucks and the like use the cannisters to make whipped cream etc for coffees. Not the best to be abusing as potentially dangerous used the way people do...

Don't see that at all. Given the Shaw, Lukaku, Herrera and Mangala fees he's worth a lot more than 35m. FWIW my gut feeling is that he will be here next season unless there is a truly ridiculous offer at or above the British transfer record.

He's probably the best English 20 year old in 10 years, was named the best under 21 player in Europe, Xavi said he was good enough for Barca not long ago, he can play several positions at a high level and has a good injury record. The Mangala, Shaw, Herrera, Fellaini, Luiz and Schurrle fees all add a bit of context and since then record deals have been signed for TV rights: i.e. fee inflation continues apace.

Think the next area he needs to try to improve in is in one on ones. Think he needs to impose himself more and try to rush the attacker. But yes he's improved a lot recently.

I think the other big factor is the overseas TV rights. If they're sold at a record level then the negotiating position gets stronger. Personally I think the sums they're after - in the general scheme of the madness of football obviously - are not that outlandish for him. I think if we sell him most of the European giants would be interested.
