There are already investigations into the criminal case. From both and operational point on the day and also post disaster and the alleged tampering of statements. I know of people who have been giving statements around the circumstances of their original statements that they made and the subsequent alleged amendments of the statement's. However its normal for inquests to conclude before criminal proceedings start.
