Yep I edited out the word sued. The point I was trying to make is that H&G don't have an easy out here. The banks will force the sale. They won't want to directly take ownership of the club themselves

It is a limited company yes but you can't just walk away from debts the way the post was suggesting. There would be a financial impact to them If nothing else they would find it really difficult & expensive to get debt in the future
