I don't get this piece. At the moment we have a crap manager who can't get any decent performance from these players that would have left if Rafa stayed. Fact is they stayed and Roy hasn't got a scooby do. If I could take Rafa minus the players that left (assuming Gerrard, Carra etc.) versus Roy with all those players I'd go with the former at the moment because Roy seems f***ing clueless. I think there is an assumption in your posts that Roy will be sacked and we will get a decent manager. THen possibly we could be better off than we would have been under Rafa. That hasn't happened yet. Here's hoping it happens soon. I don't really understand the implication in your posts that Rafa's sacking led to being able to sell the club. I think that's a bit of a leap of faith at the very least.

It's a simple concept that alot of business people fail to do because of their egos etc. Having the confidence to have people in place to make the big decisions in your company isn't always an easy thing for an owner to do. A lot of owners woulf feel threatened by it.
