Ah that explains why earlier this season in a Dutch game, Ajax threw the ball in and due to fair play, Ajax's player (not sure who) kicked it across to the keeper from the half way line and it went in. But instead of just asking them to retake the throw, the ref insisted that the opposition team score a goal and that Ajax let them... Unless ofcourse he did it just for pure comedy value because the opposition team nearly missed if I can recall Wouldn't that f*** you over in a European Cup game though? Away goals and all that....

Actually now that they're up against a so-called 'lesser' team, I think that might be their undoing! Similar to (in a sick-twisted way) I'd have preferred Milan over PSV last season in the final, simply because we'd underestimate PSV.
