Can't agree. The fact so many of the games last season (on Saturdays as well) weren't sold out just confirms that the OOTers isn't the problem. If the locals couldn't be arsed to take up the left over tickets then thank God for the day trippers, because without them the stadium could have been very quiet with a lot of empty seats.

I actually found that quite funny, and it made me feel far superior to them also. All in all, I think I won.

Hmm, I think this save is been buit up a bit. It was a very good reaction to get his hands up but he did not have to fling himself to the right or the left. It was just a very small bit to the side of him. He did very well to push it around the post and not just parry it back in the midle of the penalty area, but it was more a bad miss by Heskey then a world class save. had it 2-3 feet either side of Reina then there is nothing he, or anyone in the world, could have done about it. He is however a great 'keeper and the save, well almost save, that really impressed me was for Ferdinands goal against us the week before. How he even managed to get his hand to that ball was utterly amazing. I have never seen a keeper spring so well. Just a crying shame he couldn't get a bit more of a hand on to it as it would have rivalled Banks much replayed save.

I know what you mean, and in the days leading up to the match I'll be getting excited. It's just that these are never good games, someone seems to get injured and we have very important league and CL games before and after. A game against Colchester where one of Gerrard or Alonso could have been on the bench and Agger and Kromkamp given runs would have been easier. I would actually rather Chelsea in the final though to get them back for Cardiff last year.

Absolutely terrible draw given the games we have around that time. Really could not have been worse. I don't see how anyone could be happy with it. Give me colchester any day of the week and get Utd in the final.

So one person rants that they were drowning out the singing with their own crap songs and another rant they sit there with their mouths shut??? At least try and get the stories right lads. "Our" pub? f***in' get over yourself lad. If the owner of the Albert could have a half full bar of scousers drinking on match day or a bar full of day trippers and scousers drinking on matchday, I know which he'll want. Money talks boys.
