I agree, it's been real obvious this WC his distribution is a problem and for the last few seasons he's made consistent howlers. Maybe he is better than Karius and Mignolet, but not good enough and he'd cost a bomb.

He's only 28. Hopefully he can get his career back on track, I think it'll most likely be with a club who aren't going to have to rush him, so someone comfortably midtable here or abroad in a less hectic league. He's a lovely footballer and if he has any luck in the next couple of seasons he could we'll finish his career back near the top.

No injuries, a clean sheet, a first victory over Benitez since his return and most importantly up to second keeping that little buffer between us and Spurs. -
In terms of defense I felt AOC and Salah sort of let TAA down a lot in that game, he often had to deal with Tadic or Carillo in his channel and Bertrand advancing. Bertrand was their out ball the whole game and all their positive stuff at 1 nil was coming from that side. It was very strange to not see it addressed.
