I can't understand these comments about DIC would honour our history and be better long-term - how does anyone know? DIC are an investment company. As far as I know, Gillett took an ailing NHL hockey team and made them winners whilst maintaining tradition and respecting the fans, he's seen as a real hero by their fans by the way he's done things there.........

exactly, i fail to see how this is the club's fault, shareholders maybe, but not the club.

I know that Moores/Parry favour DIC. It's the other shareholders that want the $$$. One thing is pretty much guaranteed is if Gillett takes over, both DM & RP's days are numbered anyway cos he'll want his own guys running the club.
