Just once more on this lad* I can't believe how night and day his performances have been from the start til now. I agree with Leo that it started with the Manc cup game. He was then good v Wolves. The first time he showed the potential to be frightening was actually the first 20 v Newcy when he was superb. Then came that sub appearance v chelsea. WOWZERS! I think he's gonna turn into the new Gerrard in terms of driving force for the team and talisman. It's all there. He's got that special something. Whether it's just working class northern lad made good due to extraodinary football talent, I don't know. He's gonna be an absolute force of nature as his skillset is so unique just like Stevie's. He's massive, quick, good touch, eye for a pass, wants to score goals and he runs around like a mad lad. *he's the main positive in the club right now so I'd rather focus on him

if we let Kenny go then surely Benitez would be more obvious a replacement. He's a better manager than Martinez at this stage. Surely there are other candidates too. You are asking for martinez to do a lot and barring aesthetic appeal of football played, Hodgson was a better candidate than Roberto Martinez.
