I feel like I felt in 2004-5. Our form wasn't that great but i felt we were going somewhere. Look at all the handwringing after the defeat at Selhurst and then what we did a few weeks later. Surely the issue is that they sacked an experienced manager so they could get someone new. F*cked that up and appointed a fella who was part of the problem and have subsequently got worse. The situation Holt describes will occur but by blowing this up he's just making it harder to tackle when it does. You've got to pick your battles carefully on this subject because sometimes you will be right when everyone else is wrong. like I think I am here. You'll be stating something which is true but no one wants to hear or has thought about and the immediate response from everyone is "B0ll0x". You just make it so so difficult if you are firing off about the wrong thing. It just entrenches peoples' opinions and prevents further forays into the subject.
