It's boring because all you guys have been banging on about is how everyone is against Liverpool; the referees, the FA, the linesmen, the tv etc, etc. Get over it.

Double standards are not exclusively Ferguson's.

The problem is football fans who believe the world is against them and that their club/players can do no wrong. United has them and so does Liverpool, it just so happens I'm a member of this site because a friend asked me to join. I've been a member of many United forums and left them/been banned because I happened to defend other clubs, players, as well as match officials against the stupid knee-jerk reactions. I do this because I'm a football fan who happens to support United and think that the game as a whole is more important. I also believe that you can support a club and still have a sensible and unbiased opinion on incidents. Call me crazy, but there you go.

Don't be daft: all penalties awarded to Liverpool are correct, all penalties award against Liverpool are incorrect (or 'cheating') and the same goes for bookings, red cards, free kicks, off sides etc, etc. I've always found that the majority of Liverpool fans enjoy nailing themselves to crosses. And they call Everton the 'Bitters' Go figure.

Pay me half of what Kuyt is paid and I'll "put a shift in". I'm a cr*p player, I really am, but I can "put a shift in". United used to fall into this trap with players and we would feck all for 30 odd years. Then Ferguson turns up and expects players to actually deliver or they were out the door. United kept the ball for long periods and Liverpool didn't. As has been mentioned before; United really did put pressure on any Liverpool player with the ball, Liverpool allowed United players to pretty much roam at will and you paid the price. Sorry guys; your tactics were wrong, your players couldn't keep the ball, some of them weren't interested and some of them are not going to win you the league. Loyality to individual players is nice, but you don't win leagues with loyality to nice players
