I was thinking this myself last night during the game. Loads wanted him even after half his first season at Chelsea when you would have thought he's exactly the opposite of everything Liverpool.

He was every bit the player SWP is and slightly better a year or so ago but it's all gone kinda wrong for him. Then again he wanted to go to Chelsea so he can't complain!

He looked cumbersome and slow tonight and that's nothing to do with the injury he had. It's why he's called fat frank. He was shown up tonight as a player who can boss it in the prem surrounded by class, playing mostly dross but against quality teams where everyone is a ball player he was lost. He had about 8 touches in the first half one of them being a freekick. Basically every 5 mins he got a quick touch and that was it. He's class shooting at the edge of the box for Chelsea when SWP,Cole,Robben and Duff draw defenders wide and Drogba or Crespo flatten the CB's leaving him a free shot, but other than that I still think he's an incredibly one dementional player. He doesn't have the zing (stupid word I know) or gears Gerrard can go through at all. It's a fecking joke to compare the two. Gerrard can switch modes in a game and become as unstoppable as Ronaldinho but as a team player while Ronaldinho does it solo.Ronaldinho drives himself while Gerrard can drive the whole team. The outcome is the same I guess so it doesn't matter.

Yep! Reckons Barca are not the better team. They have played 4 times are Barca have never beaten them 11 v 11, Only due to dodgy decisions. Reckon they had no luck either. Eeer what about the peno!

Barca denied a corner and a peno as Carvaliho rusby tackles a play to the deck and then sits on him. Lampard "the second best player in the world" gets his 3rd touch of the game. One of them being a freekick.
