Read one of the Echo Journo's saying he had been first choice when both RFH and Kenny left and was tentatively approached then but his agent was instructed to rebuff any offers because he was happy at BvB. I think they moved right now because he was on sabbatical and the Chavs will be looking for a new leader around Christmas time.
