If true this is a genius move from Huang. He gets them by the nuts if he owns the debt, he can aggressively pursue foreclosure at any time and the worst that could happen is someone other than him comes in and satifies the debts (arguable 350M), else he can satisfy his own debt of 237M and depending on the ranking of debt, ie if KOP holdings is 2nd charge and/or RBS is secured by debenture he can just satisfy the first line creditors - himself, and pay the second line creditors G&H nothing. Oh how sweet. And that also means that he has not made an offer for the club, he is just buying the debt
