We have a distinct lack of pace and creativity throughout

We have never had pacy full backs in years. Our midfielders can pass the ball sideways but none apart from Gerrard have the ability to run at people. Our forward line has to be the slowest in the league. When you look at our squad most of our players are lacking in pace.

In order to compete we need to change our style of play next season and bring in some faster and more creative players so we can break teams down and supply our forwards with dcent balls.
