The designer's name appears to be Rick Astley.

 

I would actually say that the end result will probably look almost exactly like this - red with a bit of white around the collar.

 

As it has been pretty much since about 1896.

 

So not exactly an earth shattering exclusive, whether it is genuine or not. The actual shirt itself looks like what any bored kid would produce if you asked them to draw a Liverpool kit, with a load of pretentious s**** scrawled around the outside for some extra authenticity.
