the thing about meet ups is that they never happen...whereas this way myself, Gibo and a few others are guaranteed to show

Believe it or not, unlike my internet 'persona', I'm, if anything, overly tactful in real life. More chance of getting people on board if you give them the option rather than telling them this is it.

so out of Kelly's and The Lodge, can people get voting

 

here are some pros and cons

 

Lark Lane - The Lodge, pros:

it's good

loads of good real ales (5)

can reserve seats

can get waited on for booze

comfy seats

snack treats available all day (and meals)

nice toilets

good jukebox

 

 

The Lodge cons:

busman's holiday for some

 

now if someone can do the same for Kelly's we can move this to a conclusion

Kelly's pros:

 

-It's good

-Excitement in the form of

a) barmaids, and

b) fights, because some student blerts/bluenoses always celebrate goals going in Liverpool's net

-Good jukebox

-Friends kebabs within shuffling distance

-It's right by mine

 

Kelly's cons:

 

-Seating options rather limited for big games

-They don't have proper Sky, but some of the Hungarian adverts on Tring are quite good

-You can't come to mine

It's a fair fight.

 

The big lodge boys have a weight of experience and larges the luxury like a colombian warlord.

 

Kellys falls out of bed and goes out in the same clothes on an all dayer with the change in its pockets from the night before.

on that basis I reckon should be the Lodge because of superior seating arrangements and there could be a good few of us

 

of course that all goes out the window if we have any heroes in our midst who want to form a splinter group and derail the whole process

 

if everyone is happy with the Lodge lets do that
