glad someone pointed this out, inswinging corners from that side are the way to go. and we should station skrtel on the opposing goalkeeper with a remit of just staring at him.

nothing to do with football but I was watching Dara O'Briain doing a gig the other night and he said that he loves awkardness, and one of the best is when you walk into a lift and there are other people already there, do not walk in, turn and face the door, simple walk in and stop, stare at the people. Freaks them out. Now imagine Skrtel doing that do you. I'd be crying in the corner in the fetal position by the time he left.

Aurelio has a great delivery from corners. And though none of them came off on Sat he's our only FK specialist,,I expect a few goals from direct FKs from him this season.

I dont think Aurelio's had enough time in the team to show what he can do from a free kick,,he has the technique to get it up and over the wall - Gerrard is more about power and accuracy. Obviously having both options is best for the team.

He has been here over two years now and I only remember one free kick that he managed to get on target, and that was a comfortable save for the keeper (fulham i think)
