The presidents of all the continental bodies are automatically FIFA Vice-Presidents, I think. Presumably you'd be happier if it was just UEFA running the game?

he's irrelevant. As long as no other european county goes in for 2018 it will be in England. You need 12 out of 23 votes, and 8 of them are European so they're in the bag. A few favours called in for England's past support plus commitments to support other candidates for 2022 should swing it quite easily.
