Dreamt last night with some clarity that Liverpool beat Man Utd 3-0 in this year's Chimps Lge final. Two goals from Crouch within the first ten minutes, and to cap it off, a Carragher pen (grass cutter, straight down the middle - VDS dived to the left) late doors. Worth a pony I reckon...

I think, under Benitez, we're destined to put forward an unexpected penalty taker in each Chimps Lge final we play...

A good few years ago Fowler was coming back from injury & we were due to play Villa. The night before the game I dreamt we would win 4...2 and he would get a hat trick.

 

I told the missus the next morning. We were very skint in those days being young pups who had just taken on their first mortgage, so I didn't put a bet down.

 

Of course it happened as I dreamt it.

 

I rang after the game for an idea of odds. They said I'd have got 100-1 on the scoreline alone.

 

Never had another dream like it, unfortunately.

Before the EC semi against Chelsea I had a dream that we'd win 1-0 and that Carra would score an early goal from a corner at the Kop end.

 

Then before the Final I dreamt we won 1-0 with a Finnan penalty 10 minutes from the end. I take that to be a premonition that we'd win on penalties.

 

For the record, I recently dreamt that Joe Cole scores the winner in the last 5 minutes against Man U. Pay heed to these words.
