Hassony Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 could it be that we are missing him away from home? I know that he is injured and he wouldn't have played anyway, but last season he started alot of games away from home, and we had a decent record, this season it hasn't happened so far even though we have dominated everton, bolton and chelsea. maybe we mising the extra pace that he used to give us last season, so far Bellamy hasn't showed that he is a better player than Cisse (I am sure he will though)
_00_deathscar Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 Dominated Everton, Bolton and Chelsea? Anyways I don't want to drag the thread off topic, but no we aren't missing him.
Saintslfc13 Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 Funnily enough I was thinking the same thing... I know most on here didn't think much of his attitude but he was our leading scorer last season, and maybe him and Kuyt could have been good together. Course he's injured anyway so its not a big deal and if Rafa feels we need him then he'll recall him I suppose.
Koogan Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 This is the only time I will ever post in or even open a thread which has the character string 'Cisse' in the title. Why? Because the contents of the thread are so predictable. There is never going to be any meaningful discussion.
Rimbeux Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 To paraphrase the great Howard Wilkinson, we have not won because we have not scored more than the oppo, we've had every chance to.

rudiger Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 Amongst such strong competition from the last couple of days you must be proud to have created the stupidest thread.
Benzo-13 Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 Like he'd be playing now.. He's crocked. Bellamy's just lacking confidence, once one goes in he'll fly..
Billy Dane Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 Bellamy's just lacking confidence, once one goes in he'll fly.. Wasn't the same said about Morientes last year?
st.johns Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 Wasn't the same said about Morientes last year? That was true-look at him now
Saintslfc13 Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 No he wasn't. Allow me to correct myself. He was our top scoring STRIKER last season, and just maybe something would have clicked with him and Kuyt of course he's injured and on loan to Marseille at the moment so its all really irrelevant i suppose. Wasn't the same said about Morientes last year? Exactly.
realtarragona Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 Wasn't the same said about Morientes last year? One's proven in the Premiership, the other isn't. Bellamy will be fine...
Hassony Posted October 2, 2006 Author Posted October 2, 2006 Like he'd be playing now.. He's crocked. Bellamy's just lacking confidence, once one goes in he'll fly..I mentioned the fact that he was injured in my post
Hassony Posted October 2, 2006 Author Posted October 2, 2006 Cisse's terribleI am not saying he is great, and i don't really want him back at liverpool, but his pace helped us win few away points last season
Guest Scot Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 I am not saying he is great, and i don't really want him back at liverpool, but his pace helped us win few away points last season He's absolutely rubbish
Kite Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 This thread needs to be merged with the "Finnan is not up to scratch" one. Same line of thought evident.
rikf Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 Cisse dosent have the intelligence, attitude, work ethic, emotional intelligence or skill to be a Liverpool player. Give a 100m sprinter a football and you have cisse. End of.
Spike Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 Djib is gone. I for one am happy to see Dirk put more effort in the three or so matches I have personally watched him in than Cisse did in all of the two years I saw him play. We don't need Cisse, we just need to adapt.
Hassony Posted October 3, 2006 Author Posted October 3, 2006 We don't need Cisse, we just need to adapt. thats what i meant, would be really happy when cisse gets back to fitness and start scoring for his new club so we can get the money asap
Guest AnfieldGrass Posted October 3, 2006 Posted October 3, 2006 And let's bring back Houllier while we're at it!
